We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your item for ANY reason; we offer a full refund up to 30 days after receiving your item.
To start a return, you can contact us using our contact form or by emailing info@regoconcepts.com with your "Order Number".
We will provide you with a prepaid label to return the item. You can print the label out out and mail the item back via USPS. If you have any issues printing or shipping the item back, please don't hesitate to let us know. We can mail you a prepaid label or offer another solution.
Even if you are past the 30 day timeline, please don't hesitate to reach out. We strive for 100% satisfaction.
Warranty
All goods produced by us carry a lifetime warranty, no questions asked on the workmanship of the product. If for any reason you believe there is an issue with the manufacturing of your item, please let us know immediately.
We use quality materials; but please note that ALL textiles such as elastics & nylon will wear overtime with use and therefore are not covered by the warranty. If you have any questions about this warranty, use our contact form or email us at info@regoconcepts.com.
There have been a 2 cases of elastic prematurely fraying within a few uses. These failures are not catastrophic, but definitely not something we think you should be satisfied with. If you think your elastic might have prematurely worn, please let us know so we can send you a replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
When we receive your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
